'Villanden' a ballet to remember

On the 19th of March, the 2IB and 3IB class went to the Norwegian Opera & Ballet to watch a ballet adaptation of Ibsens ‘Villanden’. The ballet was amazing! And the school graciously paid for all the tickets. The dancer moved beautifully. We could see their emotions, personalities, when not a single word was spoken.   

Beforehand in class we learned about the Ibsens drama play, we were instructed to pay attention to how the director portrayed conflicts with no dialogue. The performance used very few props, the main prop was a plain grey table, yet it was used in so many ways. Afterwards in class we discussed the ballet performance and analyzed it.
