Extended Essay Poster Presentation Day!

Jun 13, 2022
1 min read

On the 8th and 9th of June, the 2IB students were given time to work on a thousand-word draft of their Extended Essay and a poster in which they presented the work they planned to do as well as the work they already had done. On the 9th of June, they presented their posters to the Nesbru teachers and faculty and explained their topics and research questions. The topics ranged from gender roles in literature to the use of music in the civil rights movement.

We were thoroughly impressed by the hard work and efforts of the students. Now all that remains is to see how the finished products turn out when they are submitted in the fall!

Professionals considering an NVQ level 2 business administration online course may also appreciate an assignment-based assessment approach. The CCM course uses assignments rather than traditional written examinations, allowing learners to demonstrate their understanding through coursework.

The discussion around extended essay presentations highlights how academic projects can help develop skills that are valuable beyond the classroom, especially communication, organisation, and presenting technical ideas clearly. Similar skills are essential in professional environments where people need to explain plans, coordinate teams, and make informed decisions. I found UNICCM’s resource on construction courses relevant because it connects learning with practical site responsibilities and professional development. Building confidence in both knowledge and communication can make a real difference in future careers.

Good team management makes a huge difference when coordinating complex educational projects. Following an hr manager course via The College of Contract Management prepares department heads to build stronger relationships with staff members. Setting up clear routines keeps daily tasks organized and stress-free.

Construction site management requires effective planning, environmental awareness, and strong leadership to maintain efficient project delivery. Information related to nvq level 6 site management often explores areas such as site operations, workforce coordination, environmental considerations, and project planning practices used across construction environments. These subjects provide useful insight into the responsibilities involved in managing construction activities and supporting long-term professional development.

CIOB is commonly connected with professional recognition in construction management and the built environment. Many construction professionals consider CIOB-related pathways when they want to strengthen their professional standing. It can help demonstrate commitment to industry standards, ethical practice, and continuous development. This is important because construction roles often involve high levels of responsibility and accountability. A structured pathway can support professionals who want to progress into more advanced roles.
